Driving down the streets in Pristina, Kosovo. You can see the aged look of some buildings and at the same time the new buildings that have been built. It is raining, there is some construction. The people seem to cross the road and are indifferent to the traffic conditions. There is quite a bit of trash along the way. Remarkably, despite the apparent poverty there seems to be quite a bit of construction. There are also many buildings that seem to be partially built. The landscape is literally dotted with half built buildings. There is also quite a bit of graffiti and posters.
